Redneck Seasonings - Danse Macabre

Danse Macabre comes with a "VERY HOT" warning on the label. It would be wise to take note. This is one of the hottest jerky I tried. And, the heat does not come on all at once. It starts slow, then builds. And then, it build some more. Let me correct myself. This is THE hottest jerky I tested. In fact, it is beyond my tolerance level, and I love heat.
The texture of the jerky is on the dry side with a slightly sticky surface. Plan on doing some finger-licking after putting a bite in your mouth. It takes a bit of effort to bite off a chunk and chewing can be laborious. Make sure to wash your hands after eating. You don't want to rub your eyes after eating this jerky.

Riding and Eating Tips
The vacuum sealed plastic bag will keep the jerky fresh until opened, and the bags are resealable Ziplok-type bags making them perfect for taking with you on your next ride. The bags are small enough to fit in your tank bag, or even in your jacket pocket.

Ingredients: Beef, Turbinado Sugar, White Sugar, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Infused Sea Salt, Habanero Pepper, Pure Bhut Jolokia Pepper Powder, Pure Habanero Pepper Powder.
