Jimmy's Sticky Jerky - Fire

Fire has the stickyness promised in the name plus the heat worthy of the name "Fire".  The heat comes at you from a combination of Habanero, Jalapeno, Ghost Peppers and Crushed Red Pepper. The brown sugar give Fire enough sweetness to make you think you are in for a sweet treat, but don't think this is a sugary treat. Jimmy's Fire will leave a lasting impression on your tongue for minutes after the last bite is swallowed.

The texture of the Fire is moist and slightly sticky. The jerky is easy to chew and does not put a strain on your jaw. Overall, one of the best textures of any jerky I have tried. As with other Jimmy's jerkys, I picked up a faint taste of cilantro, even though it is not listed as an ingredient.

Riding and Eating Tips
Jimmy's Sticky Jerky comes in a vacuum-sealed bag, but it is not resealable. So, unless you want sticky chunks of jerky lining your tank bag or jacket pocket, bring a Ziplok bag.

Ingredients: Beef, Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Vinegar, Worcestshire, Crushed Red Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Habanero, Jalapeno, Ghost Peppers, Seasonings, Smoke Flavor
